How do I book?
You can book via the “Book Now” button on this site, the link on my Facebook & Instagram pages or drop me a text 07801 827 412.

If you can’t find a suitable time online then it’s always worth sending me a message.  My diary changes as people reschedule or cancel so I may have availability that isn’t showing online.

What is different about pregnancy massage?
Instead of lying on your front/back, a side lying position is adopted.  I have plenty of pillows, cushions and bolsters so we can ensure you are as comfortable as possible with support for your bump and usually a pillow between your knees.

Each massage is tailored to your needs.  The ’standard’ full body massage includes: back, neck, shoulders, arm, hands, gentle pressure points around hips/glutes, legs, feet then ending with more on your back/neck and shoulders. However, it is your massage, your time, so just let me know where you have any aches/pains or your preferences and we can make the massage fit your individual needs.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, gift vouchers are available for a specific treatment or any monetary value.

Please fill in the form on the Gift Vouchers tab of this site.  Vouchers are available in hard copy which I can post out to you (or you can collect) or via email (for those last minute presents!).

Is there parking?

Yes there is plenty of off street parking on my drive.

What shall I wear?
Something comfortable.

You may well be down to underwear but you will be covered by a towel/blanket at all times.

If it’s a sports massage and you’d prefer to wear shorts please make sure they are loose fitting (not cycling shorts/tight lycra).

When can I have a pregnancy massage?
As long as you experiencing a  “normal” pregnancy then you can have a massage anytime from 12 weeks to having your baby.  Later on in pregnancy, as long as you are able to comfortably get onto the bed and turn from one side to the other, then I am more than happy to see you.

There is a consultation form to fill in which lists contraindications – if you are unsure or have any health issues then just get in touch with me and I can obtain consent from your GP or midwife if required.

Please note that even if you are considered “high risk” depending on the reasoning, you may well still be able to have a massage, e.g. multiple pregnancy, age etc.
