After having a family and looking for a change in career, I decided to take my passion for health and fitness and turn it into my full-time job. I qualified with Premier Training as a Personal Trainer but soon realised the importance in maintaining the body and keeping your body healthy.

I found an interest in Sports Massage and gained a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. I then decided to complement this with additional training and now offer Pregnancy, Wellbeing and Hot Stones Massage.

I am based in Roundhay and offer my services to a wide range of clients. In addition, I can often be found in Headingley lending an additional pair of hands at Leeds Rhinos, Yorkshire Carnegie Rugby Club, Yorkshire County Cricket Club as well as at sporting events around Yorkshire.

When I’m not working you’ll find me at the gym and occasionally competing in events such as Tough Mudder and Total Warrior.
