Pregnancy Massage is highly important because it promotes relaxation which improves the health and well-being of both the mother and baby. It has also been proven to give an easier birth, less pain and discomfort throughout the pregnancy, labour and birth as well as lowering the risk of complications. Whilst pregnancy is an exciting time, it puts a lot of pressure on your body physically, mentally and emotionally and your muscles, ligaments and joints become very strained as a result.
